The minimum order quantity varies depending on the product. Detailed information can be found on the pages for the respective shopping cart trigger models.

The minimum order quantity is usually 300 pieces per design. Please note that any change in shape or color is considered a new design.

Our products are characterized by the highest quality. Every process is subject to an internal standard procedure that reduces the error rate to a minimum. Once all details have been discussed and confirmed with you, we start the production process.

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you specified either by parcel service or freight forwarder. We normally offer free shipping to addresses in Germany (standard shipping).

Shipping is available worldwide. Additional options such as express shipping or special deliveries are also available. Contact us to discuss the details.

Since 2020, we have been using compostable plastic bags for TRIGGI® shopping cart release mechanisms, which are environmentally friendly and sustainable.

We use recycled paper varieties for outer packaging and filling material.

By carefully selecting cardboard packaging, we minimize packing volume and thus contribute to reducing CO2 emissions by shipping service providers.

We are happy to produce a sample of the desired product with your motif in advance. Please do not hesitate to ask us about this.

This law applies when products are made available on the market, displayed, or used for the first time in the course of business activities.

What is the sticker for?
The sticker is used to indicate the address of the distributor of the goods and is affixed to the packaging. The address of Pins & mehr GmbH & Co. KG is printed as standard. The customer’s address can also be indicated on request.

In order to present your desired motif in the best possible way, our experienced graphics department requires the following data:

File types and requirements
We accept your print data in Illustrator, PDF, or .eps formats as vector graphics. File formats such as .jpg, .pdf, .tiff, .png, .psd, or .bmp are also supported. For printing, we recommend a resolution of 300 dpi and transmission of the data in CMYK color space. If available, we recommend using Pantone Matching System colors in your print data.

We offer the following options for submitting your print data:

Option A: Online submission
Use our request form to send your print file directly to us. Fill out the form and upload your print file. The file size limit for online submission is 2 MB, and only one file can be submitted. If you have multiple files, please send them individually or compress them into a ZIP or RAR file.

Option B: Direct email
Send your print data by email to anfrage@triggi.de. We recommend sending files that are less than 10 MB in total.

Option C: Cloud storage
Upload your graphic to any cloud server (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and send us the download link. There are almost no file size restrictions here.

Our graphics team is at your disposal. Based on your ideas, we can develop a unique concept for you.
Please discuss the costs for this service with your contact person in the sales team.

Every completed project and all production forms (printing screens or tools) are archived free of charge for a period of 24 months. Customers who place repeat orders within this period benefit from no additional printing or tooling costs.

If production has not yet begun, orders can be canceled at no additional cost.

Once the production process has started, cancellation fees will apply based on the costs incurred up to the time of your request. Thank you for your understanding.

Is it possible to exchange delivered advertising materials?
Due to the individual nature of our products, which are manufactured according to your design, exchanges are unfortunately not possible. To ensure that you are satisfied with the final product, we recommend that you request a sample in advance via our product page or your personal contact person.

How can I complain about a faulty product?
Our goal is to always fulfill your order to your complete satisfaction. However, if problems arise, please contact your personal representative in writing. They will work with you to find a solution and explain the complaint process.

The main difference lies in the representation of colors.

Screen printing: Ideal for simple design elements with few colors, but without the possibility of color gradients.

Offset printing: Suitable for complex designs, allows the representation of color gradients.

When using strong printing inks such as red, green, or blue in combination with white, a color effect may occur in the white areas. The intense color is reflected in the epoxy resin, causing the white area to appear less pure white.

This is a physical effect and does not affect production quality.
