How does the Lost & Found service work?

→ The lost property service must first be activated in order to be able to use this service in the event of loss. If you would like to activate the lost property service, please click on the green “Load content” button below and then on “Activate service.”

If the service is not activated at the time of loss, the finder of your keychain cannot report the find via our system.

With TRIGGI®plus activated, your keys are always protected.

  • Once you have successfully activated the lost property service, you can report the lost item online using the green button below.
  • On the back of your shopping cart key, you will find the inscription “Please contact us at www.triggi.de/fund” with the corresponding code. If the honest finder enters the code on the website and reports the find, you will receive immediate notification.
  • This message generally contains the location where the lost keys can be collected, or the finder’s contact details so that you can get in touch with them. (Of course, none of your personal data will be passed on to the finder.)
